The left shoe broke as soon as I tried it on. The clear plastic featured in the cheer shoe to show your pride colors simply disintegrated. I assume it must be a manufacturing error, but I returned the item immediately after I received it and I still haven’t heard about the status of my refund. Broken product AND poor customer service? When it rains it pours.
