Bought for our trip to Disney. My husband wears a pedameter and we clocked 17,000 steps a day and my feet did not hurt at all! I also had other sandals I wore one day for a few hours and my feet were hurting. Slipped the Merrell’s on after and they were fine. I felt alittle guilty about spending this much on a sandal but it was worth every penny and it has great reviews online. I have the black/magenta but I am considering the brown/pink too.
I was so excited when my shoes arrived! I have had so many surgeries on my feet and arthritis has really taken a toll on them too. So, after so much research on shoes, I decided to try this shoe. I am glad I did! I have limited funds so I am real careful when purchasing anything.
The shoes feel great but I was surprised that they are so flat. I was expecting higher shoes. They have good support, not too much where it is uncomfortable. The heels feel very good. As I swell throughout the day, I changed the straps about 3-4 times. That feature is good for feet that swell.
I just wanted to share with you my experience with my new shoes. I really do love them, just wish there was a pair dressier……Oh well, can’t have everything! I do recommend them and know you will enjoy yours like I am enjoying mine! God Bless….
As soon as I slipped the first one on my foot and started to adjust the straps, I knew I struck gold!! You have a heel strap so can actually position your foot correctly in the sandal in relation to the arch. Than across the top and the bottom of your foot, the straps are adjustable for perfect fit and comfort. As I got up and started to walk around, the sandals support so well but are very lightwieght on your foot. It was the most comfortable shoe, sandal, slipper, you name it, that I have ever put on my feet.
It will be really hard for me to wear any of my other shoes ever again after putting these on my feet. I highly recommend them to everyone, no matter if you are 25 or 85. Your feet will thank you.
