This is a brand new update to the original Kinvara. A very low, lightweight offering, but still feeling very cushioned. Even though this is a very lightweight trainer, it is still very stable which is unusual in such a low profile shoe. The Saucony Kinvara is designed to have a more level midsole than a other running shoes, meant to stimulate the mid-to-forefoot strike which means there is less difference in height between heel and forefoot.
