I am now on my second pair of these because I got tired of waiting for the first pair to wear out! They are guaranteed for a 1,000 miles and I’m pretty sure I have walked that. These don’t need breaking in. I started walking my walk everyday immediately. The velcro strap is great for someone who hates shoelaces (that would be me). The soles of my first pair don’t even look worn. They run true to size and I will probably order yet another color before the second pair wears out! For people on their feet all the time, these are great!
