The Saucony Women’s Grid Instep RT Walking shoe offers excellent support and cushioning designed with a fitness walker in mind and will help keep you in top form. This lace-up athletic shoe features a mesh upper with sporty synthetic overlays in high-collared style. The compression molded EVA midsole provides shock absorption and cushioning and increases your comfort with every step. It also has a removable cushioned insole for extra comfort along with a non-slip rubber sole for stability.

This walking shoe is packed with lightweight yet highly effective cushioning, starting with the EVA midsole. Blown rubber in the forefoot of the outsole and a responsive EVA / rubber compound adds extra cushioning in the ball of the foot to soften your steps. The breathable Air Mesh upper with a modern design helps you stay comfortably cool.

  1. I have always been pleased with Saucony running shoes, so I thought I’d try their walking shoes. This is a very comfortable and attractive shoe. I have trouble finding shoes that fit because I have a narrow foot. Saucony has always fit me well and these shoes are no different. I will definitely continue to stick with Saucony.

    Great pair of shoes!
    These shoes are great – I read about them in the Weight Watchers magazine and they recommended these for people with flatter feet – they were right.
